Being a Tech. Agnostic firm, technology is at the core of what we do. From WEB to MOBILE and Ruby to java, we haven’t yet encountered a project we could not do.
The interview process is the same for everyone, one needs to solve 5 problems – you can code them in any language. This is followed by a Technical round and an HR discussion.
We look for people who are motivated, with a passion for developing things, quick learners with good communication skills.
We have an internship program too, with a stipend. For enrollment as an intern, one needs to follow the same process as above.
We ensure that everyone gets the flavor of our style of working – all new joinees get to work on live projects under the mentorship of team leads.Trainees attend sessions which are more of discussions (no classroom teaching) either early morning or over lunch where they can seek solutions to any problems (whether related to their projects or not).
